Starting Discussions

Discussions allow everyone on the project to exchange ideas and give feedback. They let you leave comments, send replies from your FM or even make a task from a discussion.

Starting a Discussion

  1. Open the Discussions tab in a project.
  2. Click + New Discussion.
  3. Enter the name.
  4. Set the (optional) details:
  5. Description - tell others what this discussion is about.
  6. Attachments - add files to the task.
  7. Subscribers - choose who’ll be notified about new comments.
  8. Hidden from clients - if you don’t want your clients to see it.
  9. Click Create Discussion.

Leaving Comments

  1. Open a discussion.
  2. Enter a comment.
  3. Attach files (optional).
  4. Click Add Comment.

Updating Discussionss

  1. Open a discussion to see or edit the details. Clicking on will let you:
  2. Move to project will move the discussion to another project.
  3. Move to Trash to remove it from the project.
  4. Convert to a Task and transfer all the comments.
